Sword Active Risk would like to extend its congratulations to Lieutenant Barry McNally, Navy Command Portfolio Policy and Assurance Manager, with the Resources & Plans Performance Management Team at the Royal Navy on being named Risk Management Newcomer of the Year at the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) Global Risk Awards 2014.


McNally, a keen user of Active Risk Manager, impressed the IRM judging panel which consisted of a trans-continental group of over 30 leading risk management practitioners and academics. On winning the accolade he stated; "I’m delighted with the award, and would like to say a big thank you to everyone that has helped me during the last 12 – 18 months both within the MOD and amongst our partner organizations."
